Our award-winning, small-batch, contemporary dry gin has become a must-have for gin lovers and collectors. Distilled by the award-winning Big Hill distillery, and awarded a IWSC bronze (beating the likes of Bulldog, Bloom, Sipsmith, Beefeater, Opihr, and many more.) it has become a go-to across our seven pubs.
The provenance of our gin is the local Alderley Edge honey, and botanicals include ginger, juniper root, coriander seed, cinnamon, clove, liquorice, and lemon zest.
The Cholmondeley Arms embraced gin long before the ‘gin renaissance’ began, and has blazed a trail that many have followed. Voted ‘Best Gin Pub of the Year’ for two years running, ‘the Chum’ boats 366 gins, one for every day of the year. We couldn’t name our gin after anything else.
Serve with a simple lemon zest garnish and Double Dutch tonic, and enjoy.
