Dining at the Chum

Our menu is quintessentially English and includes such truly flavoursome favourites as ‘Our Traditional Pub Plate to share’, ‘Devilled Kidneys on toast’ or for your main course our ‘Hand crafted Steak and Kidney pie’ perhaps followed by our Cholmondeley Mess! We source your food from Local Artisan Bakers, Farmers, Butchers and Cheesemakers. All our seafood is delivered fresh on a daily basis.

Drinks at the Chum

With 366 Gins on the bar, one for every day in a leap year, you are simply spoilt for choice! We have our very own award winning Cholmondeley Arms Gin. A contemporary dry gin served with ice, lemon zest and Double Dutch Indian tonic water, which can also be bought by the bottle. You may enjoy our gin in our famous cocktail the ‘Cholmondeley Chaser’ served with Chase Elderflower liqueur and fresh garden mint. We have some wonderful cask ales from IPA to Blondes and we have Lucky Saint Non-Alco unfiltered lager on draught too for the driver! Great wines and ports too…..you couldn’t wish for more!

‘VisitEngland’, along with the other tourist organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the UK government, have launched a new industry standard mark as a way of supporting tourism businesses and providing reassurance to visitors. The industry standard is a way of letting our customers and guests know which businesses have made necessary changes to their day-to-day workings, including social distancing measures and staff training. We are good to go!
