The Famous five pumps of Cholmondeley!

We are very proud of our support of local Micro-Brewers here at the Chum. We buy ale from brewers within a 35 mile radius of our pub. The ales come from (in the main) the counties of Cheshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and over the border from Wales too.

Our permanent ‘House Ale’ Cholmondeley Best is brewed at Weetwood Brewery in Tarporley and our seasonal house ales, Teachers Tipple, Headmasters Ale and ‘Schools Out’ Summer Ale feature at different times of the year.
