Front of House Team Member – The Cholmondeley Arms

Set on the edge of the Cholmondeley Estate in a beautifully restored old schoolhouse, The Cholmondeley Arms (or “The Chum” if you know, you know) is anything but ordinary. With a bar boasting over 300 gins, award-winning food, and one of the warmest welcomes in the country, we’re proud to be one of the UK’s most unique pubs—and we’re looking for friendly, passionate people to join our front of house team.

Whether you’re looking to pick up a few shifts a week or dive into full-time hours, we’ve got the flexibility to make it work. There’s also a clear path to progress, with opportunities to step into a Junior Manager role and take your hospitality career to the next level.

What’s the role?

You’ll work across both bar and floor, helping to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a warm, fast-paced environment. From pouring pints and recommending gins, to serving tables and chatting with regulars—you’ll be a key part of what makes The Chum so loved.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the ropes, grow their confidence, or take on more responsibility as part of a supportive and fun team.
